the most efficient and streamlined tutoring service for year eleven and HSC students. i learnt more in just one session than my teacher could teach in a lesson twice as long. after a few tutorials i found myself learning in a much more organic way which immensely benefited me during the stressful time of my HSC. jeff from catalyst is patient, succinct, and approachable - you can always expect meaningful academic support from him during your time with catalyst.

Jeff is a brilliant chemistry tutor. He has been tutoring my daughter and given her so much confidence in her abilities. He makes sure she thoroughly understands the content and is able to transfer that knowledge to her assessments. I highly recommend Jeff as a Chemistry tutor. He seemed to get the best out of our son. Jeff was very good to communicate with and seemed to understand very empathetically our son's needs. Our son was floundering in Chemistry. His Chemistry teacher had called us after he received very poor results in his first Year 12 task. It seemed like he had little to no comprehension of the subject. Jeff's brief was to get our son walking into Chemistry and understanding what was going on. Jeff firstly had to repeat Module 4 (Term 1 Year 12) with our son then keep apace with his classroom instructions for his assessment task in Term 2 of Year 12. I'll never forget our son coming home after getting the results of that assessment. He said his Chemistry teacher was just beaming at our son, such was the change in results from Term 1 to Term 2! We are very grateful to Jeff for all he did for our son.
